Trails were great but of course dry and dusty. We started early to avoid the heat.

Mark is keeping his distance from the yucca after being stabbed the other day and requiring urgent care.

And Erin became the chef cooking Beyond burgers. Stayed at the Marriott Element which I would recommend to anyone traveling. There was a pool with cabanas and a nice hot breakfast.

An example of the trails. Sorry about the Camelbak hose. Needed a lot of water today. Headed out tonight to check out the sights and then off to Mammoth Mountain where it will be a lot cooler at 8,000ft.
